Pure silk midi skirt and popover blouse set by designer Bill Blass in navy with off white polka dots. Collarless blouse features a half placket with buttons and voluminous sleeves with pleats at the buttoned cuffs. Skirt features a pleated front, side pockets, side zip closure and inner lining.
